General information
1. The Operator of the www.zobaczmnie.org Website is the Zobacz MNIE Foundation, with a registered Office in Wrocław, ul. Ofiar Oświęcimskich 14/11, 50-069 Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation.
2. The Foundation, as the entity running the Website, cares for the privacy protection and information provided by Users of the Website, particularly their personal data;
3. The Foundation shall not disclose, to third parties, the data provided by Users, except for the transmission of data to:
  - entities cooperating with the Foundation, in relation to functionalities of the Website, hereinafter referred to as "Partners”,
  - in cases provided by law, when such data disclosure is mandatory.

Data in the form
1. The provision of Users' personal data, to the Foundation, is voluntary.
2. Donating to the Foundation and subscribing to the Newsletter, by the Website, requires the User to provide his or her personal data, whereby:
  - providing User's first name, last name and an e-mail address is mandatory, to make a donation,
  - providing an e-mail address is sufficient to subscribe to the Newsletter. Submitting other personal data is voluntary.
3. Failure to provide mandatory personal data means resignation from donating to the Foundation, and inability to do it by the Website. It also means resignation from the Newsletter, in case of subscribing to it.
4. By making a donation by the Website, the User consents to processing the personal data, provided by him or her, as defined in Article 6 (1) (A) RODO. The personal data shall be processed by the Foundation,
5. After filling in and confirming the personal data, to make the donation, the User is redirected to an external website, which belongs to a Partner of the Foundation.
6. The Foundation shall process Users' personal data solely for the purposes related to the proper Website operating, and for statutory activities of the Foundation, including their charitable activities. In relation to such activities, Users' personal data shall be provided to the Partners.
7. The Foundation ensures that the Partners shall process the data, provided by the Foundation, solely for the purposes of performing the Agreements, and relations between them and the Foundation, respecting relevant personal data-protection regulations.

Cookie Policy
1. The Web page does not automatically gather any information, except for the information contained in cookie files.
